Abstract:As a decentralized distributed accounting model, blockchain can implement peer-to-peer transactions that require no trust or decentralization between nodes through data encryption, timestamp and smart contract. The rational use of the relevant characteristics of blockchain can provide effective technical support for market-based transactions of distributed generation.First of all, based on the basic concepts of blockchain, the contrast relationship between blockchain and market-based transaction of distributed generation is analyzed. The differences and similarities between blockchain in less-centralized management and decentralized management are analyzed in the aspects of key links of market-based transaction of distributed generation, such as market access, transaction mode, member game, security check, congestion management and transaction settlement. Finally, the urgent problems to be solved in the application of blockchain in market-based transaction of distributed generation are analyzed, and the future research directions are put forward.

Abstract:The idea combining the technicality of TVPP witheconomic of CVPP is proposed, namely TVPP pursues the maximization of its own economy in the condition of providing voltage control service to power grid. The TVPP economic scheduling optimization model based on IEEE-33 nodes distribution network is firstly established, and the model’s objective function is the TVPPmaximum economic profits and minimum voltage deviation in therestrict conditions of distributed power itselves’restraints and power balance restraints as well as the network node -voltage constraints. The above optimization model is simulated and solvedwith the modified genetic algorithm. The optimal economic operation strategy of the technology virtual power plants in considerationof providing node voltage control service to the distribution network can be got from the simulation results, which verifies the feasibility of the optimal scheduling strategy.

Abstract:The article analyzed quantitative the dynamic changes of the correlation degree between electricity consumption and industrial structure from 1990 to 2015 in Zhejiang province by using the Grey Relational Analysis method. The main impact fac-tors of electricity consumption in different periods and their correlation relationship with the industrial structure are determined. At the same time, based on the correlation degree between electricity consumption and industrial structure in 11 cities of Zhejiang Province from 2000 to 2015, the article explored the spatial variation of correlation degree between electricity consumption and industrial structure in Zhejiang Province by using the cluster analysis. The results show obvious spatial differences on correlation degree between the electricity consumption and industrial structure in the 11 cities, influenced by the development level of local economy and industry structure.

Abstract:The investment on the incremental distribution network by mixed ownership is beneficial to the complementary advantages of all parties and the efficiency improvement of capital management. For the incremental distribution network with multiple investment entities, the investment capital and the risk are different, resulting in a certain difference in the income distribution. The cooperative game theory is applied to the profits distribution of incremental distribution network, and the Nash negotiation model is used to establish a profits distribution scheme, which makes each investor of the incremental distribution network satisfied.

Abstract:In order to achieve high efficiency and environmentally friendly metal smelting process, a set of medium frequency induction melting system has been designed to change the traditional mode of high consumption of coal and high energy consumption in cupola and power frequency melting furnace. The system is composed of medium frequency power supply and electric heating capacitor cabinet. The furnace melting system is made of coreless induction furnace and cooling machine. The medium frequency induction melting system uses high density magnetic wire to cut metal materials. The materials are melted rapidly by the eddy current heating that can efficiently melt all kinds of metals and not produce harmful waste. The medium frequency induction melting system has a very good performance in improving energy efficiency and energy saving and emission reduction, and has a high degree of automation. It has a broad application prospect in the future market.

Abstract:It’s difficult to screen the main loss-reduce factors effectively and analyze the urgency of the reconstruction with a large number of mid-voltage feeders. In this case, a program of large-scale mid-voltage feeders’loss-reduce reconstruction is provided based on clustering analysis and improved ordinal relationship method. Firstly, considering the factors which affect the feeder loss, an index system and its evaluation function are established to evaluate the priority of loss-reduce construction. Then, fuzzy Cmeans clustering is performed on mid-voltage feeders according to the evaluation indexes of each feeder, and the weights of each clustering index is determined by improved ordinal relationship method. Thus, the comprehensive evaluation value of the loss-reduce reconstruction of all kinds of feeders is calculated, as well as the priorities of the schemes. The case of 861 10kV feeders in a city power supply bureau is analyzed and compared with other 2 modification schemes, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Abstract:The production restriction activities during major urban events in China have a drastic impact on regional electricity consumption. Identifying the fluctuations in electricity consumption that may be caused by related activities in advance can provide a possibility for regional power supply providers to optimize their management decisions in advance. This study uses the input-output method based on the input-output table data of Fujian Province and Xiamen City. Taking the 2017 BRICS Conference as an example, it forecasts the changes in electricity consumption caused by regional macroeconomic policies in Xiamen and Fujian before and after the meeting, and the forecast results are compared with actual fluctuations before and after the activity. The comparison results show that the results of the change forecasting analysis based on input-output analysis can accurately reflect the regional shortterm power fluctuations to a certain extent, but the data hysteresis can impact the accuracy of the study.

Abstract:Aiming at the more widely distributed and more difficult rural coal treatment, a summary of the existing practices of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has been put in place, focusing on the comparison of various coal-to-electricity construction operating costs, their use, the impact on the power grid and the dependence on subsidy policies. According to the analysis, when the household electricity price of electric heating for the existing buildings of the rural residents reaches 0.1 yuan/kWh, the cost of heating coal-fired heating can be maintained. The dispersal of“coal to electricity”in rural areas has a low utilization rate and is difficult to operate and maintain in the later period. In centralized residential areas, the centralized heat storage reconstruction method is beneficial to achieve accurate investment and improve grid operation efficiency. Finally, a precise subsidy is proposed to establish a social apportionment mechanism.

Abstract:From the perspective of power grid enterprises, the effect of electric power system reform on all aspects of the power grid enterprise and the difference in cost accounting of power grid enterprises before and after the reform of electric power transmission and distribution price are analyzed. Based on the electric power transmission and distribution cost accounting standards under the background of new electrical reform, the power gird enterprise transmission-distribution price model is established, and Mengxi power grid is taken as an example to verify the established transmission-distribution price model. It has a certain reference value for the further improvement of electric power transmission and distribution price accounting.

Abstract:The main objects of Irish electricity smart metering trials are residential and small and medium enterprises(SMEs)consumers. It delivers the results of a set of trials that were undertaken to provide robust statistical information on the impact of time of use tariffs in combination with various demand side management informational stimuli as well as some other characteristics on overall and peak electricity usage. The reason for different trial results caused by different stimulus, groups and business types is discussed, and the potential obstacle that affects the results is analyzed, so as to better excavate potential of demand response object and design relevant projects.
