Abstract:Ancillary service market is an important element in electricity market, which plays a significant part in optimal alloca tion of resources in microgrid.Firstly, different types of ancillary ser vices and market members in microgrid are analyzed.Then, a clear ing model for reserve ancillary service market in microgrid is de signed based on the“Name Your Own Price”bidding mechanism to satisfy customer’s demand for reserve service.Considering the ca pability of different suppliers providing reserve service, including controllable distributed generation, energy storage devices and con trollable loads, the clearing model is optimized with the objective of minimizing total cost of the buying reserve service.Case study veri fies the feasibility of proposed market clearing method.

Abstract:After digging the fill light market for crops growing,microwave sulphur lamps are used to fill light in agricultural green houses, which reduces the cost of energy used in traditional green houses, increases agricultural output value, and effectively expands the demand for agricultural electricity.The potential of fill light for crops growing is analyzed, the working principle and equipment structure of microwave sulfur lamps is introduced, and the advantag es of microwave sulfur lamps in agricultural production is intro duced as well.The application of experimental projects is specifical ly explained.The agricultural experiment in Luoyuan, Fuzhou proves that the microwave sulfur lamp fill light technology can significantly increase the crop output, and the energy consumption is greatly re duced, which has a market promotion prospect.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the output of the users’sensitivity analysis model based on the logistic regression is complex and not easy to understand and apply, an implementation method of the users’outage sensitivity score card based on logistic regression model is proposed.First, it extracts the attribute data related with users’outage sensitivity from the State Grid marketing business sys tem and 95598 system, and selects the high predictive attributes through the information value.Then, the weight of evidence of each attribute value is calculated, and users’outage sensitivity analysis model is constructed Finally, the users’outage sensitivity score card is constructed based on the output parameter of sensitivity analysis model and the weight of evidence values.The method is verified by the actual data and the verification achieves good results.
