Abstract:With the large.scale development of electric bus,the bus which replaces its battery can be used as a kind of demandresponse resource and reduce the negative impact of large electricbus charging load.A sequential model of bus status switching isbuilt, taking a day as a cycle, the time distribution and the numberof demand of swapping batteries for electric buses is obtained.Anexpression for calculating the adjustable interval of the battery charg.ing plan is established, and in this section, a charging optimal modelaimed at minimizing the peak.valley difference of system load is es.tablished, which would be solved by Monte Carlo.A case study ofelectrification of an actual bus line is carried out.The results show that the proposed model can play a role in shifting peaks.The influ.ence of departure time and battery configuration on the regulationpotential of bus load control is analyzed.

Abstract:Saturated electricity demand study contributes tograsp the characteristics of electricity development and guides thenear and medium.term forecasts.The saturation development stageof economic, society and the electricity consumption in differentcountries was analyzed.An index system including endogenous andexternal characteristics for evaluating the regional saturated electrici.ty demand was then established.Based on the research of endoge.nous variables in industrialization process, such as economy, indus.trial structure, population, GDP per capita and electricity consump.tion per unit output value, external characteristics of electricity de.mand was modeled with co.integration and forecasted for saturation.Also, the validity of saturated demand forecast was proved throughcontrast with development process of other advanced province.

Abstract:In order to realize the real.time tracking and fore.casting of net load with distributed power bus, in the light of the busload with distributed photovoltaic power grid, according to the linearand nonlinear properties of net load inherent, the autoregressivemoving average with the phase space reconstruction and support vec.tor machine bus.bar net load forecasting method is proposed.Firstly,based on the historical net load data, the ARIMA model is estab.lished to forecast the linear components of the net load.Then, thephase space of the nonlinear components is reconstructed by CCmethod.Finally, the nonlinear part is forecasted by the SVR model.The results of data modeling show that the proposed ARIMA .CC_SVR forecasting model is suitable for the net load of the bus.barwith distributed PV components.

Abstract:The suitable energy alternatives scheme, which for.mulated based on the optimal target of technical and economic com.prehensive indicators, is significant to achieve energy saving, emis.sion reduction and comprehensive energy utilization.In the energyalternatives scheme, the fuzzy multi.attribute decision.making meth.od based on the expectation value is proposed in the situation thatthe weight information is completely unknown or only partiallyknown; and a preferred evaluation index system is constructed, toquantitative analysis the attribute values of the evaluation index.The weighting method of complementary comparison between eachother is used to determine the weight of each layer in the index sys.tem, so as to realize the quantitative comparison and the optimizedselection of energy alternative schemes.Based on the case study, itis verified that the energy alternative evaluation method based onfuzzy multi.attribute decision.making is highly efficient, practicaland easy to operate, at the same time,it can make full use of thefuzzy information which is objectively known and take into accountthe interests of all parties.
