Abstract:Power large users are the key users of power sup.ply enterprises and their potential value and development trend inpower market environment are closely related to the profit of powersupply enterprises.In order to identify valuable user behavior andvalue characteristics, a large user segmentation method based on APand K.means algorithm is proposed.First of all, from the existing in.dicators to extract the key sub.indicators, and consider the recentlarge and long.term power consumption rate of electricity, put for.ward to assess the development potential of large users of the break.down of indicators.Secondly, the AP and K.means are combined tosegment the large power users to solve the problem of finding the ini.tial clustering center and the number of clusters.At the same time, itis easy to avoid the local optimization when K.means clustering prob.lem; finally, based on the user data of a region in Zhejiang province,the author analyzes the feasibility of the proposed method.

Abstract:Precise assessment of the operation and vulnerabil.ity in microgrid at a certain time in the future contributes to find outthe weak point in the system in time and realize self.healing opera.tion of microgrid.Based on the characteristics of microgrid, a vulner.ability pre.assessment method for microgrid is proposed.Firstly, thedefinition of microgrid's vulnerability is given.Then, according tothe occurrence probability of every influential event and severity ofcorresponding results, a vulnerability index system is established,mainly including indices of generation capacity adequacy and indi.ces of power supply vulnerability.Eventually, the procedures andspecific steps of vulnerability pre.assessment for microgrid are pre.sented, and its effectiveness and validity is verified by case studies.

Abstract:The CCHP system can provide with cold, thermaland electric power simultaneously, which has good economic and en.vironmental protection.However, due to the great fluctuation of us.ers at different periods, the system can not operate at rated power allday, and the system can not meet the user's demand fully, it makesCHHP can not have a good economical efficiency.In order to betterplay the operation efficiency and improve the economy of the sys.tem, the research has considered the peak valley price based on theCCHP system, and research about the optimal configuration of thesystem.In addition, the research considered the uncertainty of theusers demand and the fluctuation of the electricity price, also thesensitivity analysis of the electricity price and the operation hours ofCCHP system is carried out.Finally the paper gets the interval ofsystem economic operation.By quantifying operations, uses canchoose the right system based on the price of electricity or the user'sspecific energy needs in actual operation.The research analyzes theoperation economy and sensitivity of the CHHP.It is concluded thatthe system with energy storage device can not only meet the user'sdemand for energy consumption in different periods of the year, butalso provide the best economic results.

Abstract:It is an important component of electricity reformat present to build an efficient electricity market for the reason thatmarket is the most efficient way to allocate resources.At the sametime, energy saving and emission reduction has become a global hot.spot.How to consider the energy efficiency in the power market sys.tem and improve the energy efficiency level of the whole society willbe the focus of the future power market research.In this paper, apower market trading mechanism based on energy efficiency is pro.posed.The user energy efficiency as an important parameter to regu.late the user’s basic electricity will help improve the overall energyefficiency level of society.A power market transaction model consid.ering generation side and user side strategy is established, and a sim.ulation program is compiled by Matlab to simulate the transaction indifferent conditions.The simulation results indicate that the averageclearing method is applicable to the market environment where therelationship between supply and demand varies greatly, and uniformclearing pricing model is more applicable to the market environmentwith relatively stable supply and demand relationship.
