Abstract:Based on different subsidies for distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation in China, the cycle-life cost and benefit models of distributed PV are established in this paper, and characteristics of typical operation and maintenance (O&M) modes of PV are compared and discussed.Three economic indicators, including Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Dynamic Payback Period, are used to evaluate the economic benefits of PV users under different O&M modes and different subsidies.Finally, a case study is carried out, and two main influent factors for economic benefits of PV users are discussed, including profit margins of O&M company and the proportion of electric power consumption for personal use.This study can provide reference for PV owners to operate under different subsidy and O&M modes.

Abstract:To study the impact of electric vehicle DC chargers on the power grid harmonics, the influence factors of grid harmonics are discussed, according to the national standard.With the observed data of a specific DC charger, the harmonic current is analyzed when the DC chargers were integrated into the power grid.The maximum number of DC chargers is studied, taking the different minimum short circuit capacity and power supply capacity of points of common coupling into account.This work provides theoretical basis for the configuration of electric vehicle DC chargers.

Abstract:With the rapid pace of economic development, electric power consumption of home users is increasing year by year, which also accounts for a big part in total social power consumption.Hence, it is significant to conduct researches on optimal control of different types of household loads, so that electricity expense of home users can be reduced.In this paper, a control strategy of household energy efficiency management system is proposed, and mathematical models of four different types of household loads are established, including adjustable loads, transferrable loads, interruptible loads and reducible loads.Meanwhile, charging and discharging power model and capacity model of battery energy storage are formulated respectively, considering its life cycle.And optimal control of demand response resources are carried out based on time-of-use price and distributed roof photovoltaic generation.Finally, a numerical example is studied, which demonstrates that the electricity expense of a home user can be reduced remarkably through the proposed optimal control strategy, and the utilization of the distributed PV generation can be improved.

Abstract:Energy storage is a critical technology for the development of renewable energy sources and smart grids.The lead carbon battery shows the excellent performance in the safety, economy and cycle performance, which has a broad prospect in energy storage applications compared to conventional lead-acid battery.This paper analyzes the development history and working principle of lead carbon batteries, and compares them with lead-acid batteries in four aspects: safety performance, electricity cost, cycle life and specific energy.Meanwhile, the recent energy storage applications of lead carbon batteries are introduced and the challenges for lead carbon battery are also discussed.

Abstract:Central air-conditioning load of public buildings has become one of the most important peak load shifting resources by electric power company, for the features of using time concentration, large capacity, various adjustable methods and little influence on customer ,and so on.The compose of central air-conditioning power comsumption is analyzed firstly, and the adjustable stragies and effect of public buildings’ central air-donditioning for peak load shifting are proposed based on the demonstration project.Then, the structrure and optimal dispatch model of central air-conditioning for day-ahead peak load shifting are constructed with electric power compay’s minimum compensation fees ,considering the constraint of adjustable stragies, dispatch total and signal capacity, and so on.Lastly, as Jiangsu Province demonstration project on non-productive air-conditioning for example, the dispatch schedule in different period is got with CPLEX optimal soft ware.

Abstract:Under the background that the government vigorously promotes power replacement, the electricity demand of Hubei province during the period of 2016-2020 will increase, which this essay forecasts based on SVR model combined with power consumption impact factors.Forecast results show that, during the period of 2016-2020, the electricity consumption in Hubei province will increase steadily and the power replacement work has a larger development space.

Abstract:Firstly the paper introduced the development of demand response in foreign countries and in China, and described the benefit of demand response to utilities and customers.Then it analyzed the work flow of porcelain, aluminum, food, chemical fiber and plastics industry and made load shedding strategy of these industries.Practical demand response event verified the effectiveness of such strategy.Finally the paper gave the advice of further development of demand response in China.

Abstract:In this thesis, combined with the features of power enterprise, 20 critical factors from six dimensionalities which are sensorial, emotional, cognitive, pragmatic, lifestyle and relational component were figured out, and designed a survey accordingly.As a result of structural equation modeling analysis with 138 valid ones collected, the conclusion showed that sensorial, emotional, cognitive and pragmatic components had a positive impact on customer satisfaction.However, direct impact on the lifestyle and relational component was not significant.The findings of this thesis will be guidance for power enterprise who wishes to improve customer satisfaction.It is also helpful for industry practitioners to design experience items, in order to enhance the customer satisfaction in power enterprise.

Abstract:Marketing auditing has important influences on marketing business of the power supply company.In order to solve the problems such as the imperfect synergy closed-loop management and the lack of risk assessment system, this paper proposed to establish an entire marketing synergy mechanism and control marketing business risk effectively for deepening the reform of the marketing system.The marketing auditing results of the Xiamen power supply bureau in the year 2016 has shown that the proposed auditing methods are effective for finding and solving problems and conducive to improve the earnings for the company.

Abstract:The introduction of smart grids elements into electric power distribution and market systems poses new challenges and opportunities to demand side management.The National Laboratory for smart grids LAB+iplatform, currently has the necessary infrastructure to develop case studies indifferent functionalities of smart grids, including demand side management.This article presents a case study with real values, applied on Bogota Campus of Universidad National de Colombia.An automated management system was implemented in LAB+i based on three techniques of demand response.It allows finding the optimal load curve for each building.
