Abstract:In order to smooth the micro-grid tie-line power flow fluctuations, a new pre-control method of battery and virtual energy storage is proposed in this paper.Firstly charging redundance is defined to describe the conflict between different units in hybrid energy storage system.Secondly,air condition is regarded as virtual energy storage, and control strategy is adjusted accorading to prediction data.This method can smooth tie-line power flow fluctuations and reduce the charging redundance.Finally, a micro-grid with 1 000 air conditioners is used as test example.Simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract:With the development of smart grid, it is very important to acknowledge and control the participation degree of smart power users, resulting from its contribution to the efficiency and stability of the grid.In this paper, an evaluation model of the participation degree of smart power users based on evolutionary game theory is proposed.Firstly, the users’revenues are selected as the game elements and the whole benefit model of the users is constructed, including electricity price profit and the users’satisfaction profit constructed by quantifying their electricity using experience.Secondly, the users’ choices are taken as the strategic spaces and the user groups are classified, in order to build up the evolutionary game model among different classifications of users.After that, the replication dynamic equations of the participation degree are established.Finally, two simulation cases were performed to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the theory and model.

Abstract:A vulnerability assessment method for micro-grid operation is proposed in this paper based on micro-grid topological structure and operation state.Firstly, the concept of micro-grid vulnerability is defined under the isolated island operation state.Secondly, real-time probabilistic model is established for vulnerability assessment after analyzing influencing factors of vulnerability and risk consequence generous character function based on risk theory is established.Finally, the proposed model is verified on a typical case.The simulation results show that the weak part can be found timely, which provides the reference for self-healing decision.

Abstract:In this paper, a smart home system based on ZigBee technology is designed.The system includes home network, home server and mobile terminal.The program is simple, effective and scalable.This paper studies the home efficiency management system based on distributed photovoltaic power station and energy storage system.Through the establishment of the objective function of minimizing the household electricity cost, the control strategy of home efficiency management is given, based on time-of-use electricity price.By deciding the charge and discharge power of energy storage battery and working time of shiftable loads, the optimal utilization of home loads can be realized, in order to improve operation economy and maximize economic benefits.It can also play the role of peak load shifting.Finally, combined with home appliances of a home user, the proposed algorithm is tested.The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively save the household electricity cost, and demonstrate that the algorithm is effective and feasible.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of low voltage users on the power quality, the grid enterprise must analyze and diagnose the relevant power data and make the decision accordingly.In view of the importance of techology for data quality control on low-voltage user management, this paper first proposes a set of data quality control procedures for power grid enterprises, and uses several check-up algorithms to ensure rationality of data, including the correctness verification, uniqueness verification, integrity verification and accuracy verification.Problematic data has been amendeod in order to ensure the correctness of data analysis results, .Finally, a simulated example is given to verify application effects of data quality control technology.

Abstract:In order to adapt to the undergoing electricity industry reform and better satisfy the diversified demands of electricity customers, Fujian province electricity power company developed a new “full professional and zero distance” service mode from the viewpoints of customer perception, fundamental management and market competition, as a step to enhance its management capability as well as brand image, which were based on advanced perception and ultra-fast response of customer demands.The developed service mode equidistantly improved the relevant professional sectors of marketing, grid planning, grid construction, system operation and maintenance to enhance the company’s service management capability to a new level, which took customer demand as a trigger.The developed service mode encouraged the company culture of promoting customer-oriented idea, enhancing service quality, strengthening service coordination, deepening the channel application, which further improved customers’ satisfaction.

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of the 23 kinds of wiring error of the common three-phase three-wire high voltage measurements, a new method of error power compensation is deduced in this paper.The method can directly use the power meter record in the wiring error of positive and negative active power and reactive power of four-quadrant, accurately calculate the actual consumption of electricity during the wiring error, avoid using the power factor calculation compensating power correction coefficient method or comparison of traditional compensating method, because some compensating is difficult to determine the factor caused by the compensating error.In order to prove the validity of the method, several kinds of wiring error are selected to carry out the experiments under the condition of inductive and capacitive load.Compared with the traditional method, this method has higher accuracy and reliability and is easy to implement.

Abstract:According to the central idea of the national power grid three-set and five systems and the requirements of unified operation, optimizing the complaint process and reducing the rate of customer complaints is an urgent problem to be solved by the provincial power companies.In order to meet the increasing customer service demand, complaints work orders are analyzed with big data as basis.Combined with status of electric companies, it grabs complaints job important links and information, finds the relationship among the key aspects, carries out special research work to form a set of management measures to improve the service quality of the electric power company in order to realize comprehensive improvement of customer satisfaction.

Abstract:Under the circumstance of the energy conversation and power market 2.0, as the controllable resources in the power system, the demand response can be utilized to reduce the peaking load, smooth the load curve and improve the operating flexibility and economic.In this paper, the typical demand response products in Germany are introduced.Then, the application scenarios of the demand resources are summarized based on the tender platform.Finally, the experiences and highlights to China from Germany are proposed by combining the power market reform and the implementation roadmap of demand resources in China are listed from energy policy, key technology, platform and corresponding equipment aspects.
