Abstract:Interruptible load (IL) is a kind of flexible and reliable demand side resources, which is widely applied in power system worldwide.This paper introduces implementation of interruptible load in China.In electricity market, IL can be further applied to the aspects such as providing ancillary services, congestion management and restraining the market power.Furthermore, interruptible load implementation in Jiangsu province against the reformation of electric power system is analyzed.According to policies about the reform, suggestions for the further practice of IL are proposed.

Abstract:This article will introduce principal components analysis and analytic hierarchy process into evaluation of industry development.Firstly, integrated numerous indicators, the principal component analysis model is used to analyze the monthly prosperity level of industry, which helps to understand the status of electricity.Secondly, analytic hierarchy process is used to build the index system for weight evaluation in industry, which is used to evaluate the developing situation in industry.Finally, in purpose of getting development situation of industry and the all industrial sectors, the prosperity level of industry in months, industrial integrated prosperity degrees and divided rules on industry types are built up.Results of this paper can be used for future industrial restructuring, energy conservation, development planning to provide decision making basis.

Abstract:This paper designs thirty five indicators from such three dimensions as product output, industry investment and boom index closely related to manufacturing industry’s electricity consumption through its each micro industry, selects key influencing indicators in accordance with relevance principle and establishes forecast model of manufacturing industry’s electricity consumption by adopting QGA LSSVM algorithm.A forecast instance of Anhui’s quarterly cumulative manufacturing industry’s electricity consumption demonstrates that the results of this method are accurate and reliable, which is significantly super to methods dependent on manufacturing industry’s output or non key influencing indicators, which can provide an effective tool for electricity market forecasters and economic operation analysts.

Abstract:A clustering method for large user load based on the characteristics of electricity is proposed.Then the demand response model of the large user is divided into the load reference component part and the load response component part.A short term load forecasting method based on multivariate time series reconstruction is used to get the user’s load reference component.On the basis of the demand price theory, the load probability model of the single large user response TOU price is obtained by the response of the actual data.Matlab is used to simulate the actual data of Nanjing area.The example shows that the model can well reflect the situation of the large user’s response for TOU price.which provides scientific basis formulating strategy for TOU price.

Abstract:In this paper, wind power is modeled as a multi state generator, and the uncertainty of wind power prediction error is simulated by wind power outage rate.Based on the model of the interruptible load response based on the consumer psychology, this paper comprehensively evaluated the reliability index of the system which contains wind power and the uncertainty of the interruptible load.In this paper, a model for the coordination and optimization of the former days is set up.In order to meet the reliability of certain power supply, the optimization model can optimize the interruptible load and generator reserve capacity simultaneously.And in the 24 period of time, the positive effect of the interruptible load as a spare resource is studied under the condition of wind power uncertainty.Simulation results show that the demand of interruptible load for the system can be increased because of the need to stabilize the fluctuations of wind power after the introduction of wind power.As a kind of flexible control method, the interrupt load has positive significance in dealing with the uncertainty of wind power and reducing the operating cost of the system.

Abstract:The article analyzed the working principle of the injection molding machine and energy consumption, and researched the key energy saving technologies.By contrasting, energy saving transformation models for oil pump system of injection molding machine motors and heating system energy consumption were built up, and then it drew the energy saving rate prediction method based on the models.The feasibility is verified through examples, which provides the theory basis for the energy saving reform of the injection molding machine and energy saving rate prediction, provides algorithm supports for modification effect economic evaluation.

Abstract:Compared with coal and oil, electrical energy has zero emissions and convenient advantages in industrial and civil power link.Combined with the local iron and steel smelting enterprises, tea producing area, new energy bus, residents with electricity practical characteristics, it focuses on alternative energy typical case on the electric heating, heat pump, electric boiler, electric furnace, new energy power generation, electric tea, which energy use efficiency is greatly improved.Significant energy saving and emission reduction ,also achieved significant economic benefits.Finally, the relevant countermeasures of alternative energy promotion are proposed.

Abstract:In a student dormitory of University of the scope of investigation, through the issuance of energy saving information card, the changes of electricity consumption in campus are observed.Comparative information is generated between the different cards, power consumption difference, saving cards issued were divided into four categories: overall ranking + average overall ranking, average and no cards.The influencing factors of students electricity consumption are analyzed from two view points of sex and grade, which provides a reference for environmental advocacy and electricity management in university.

Abstract:Based on the in depth analysis of the existing power marketing service and considered the business needs of each distributed new energy (DNE) body, a new marketing service including all bodies of DNE is proposed from three aspects, i.e., social service framework, customized services and cross border information service platform with several advanced information and communication technologies, such as big data and mobile internet technology.Among them, the social service framework is constructed aiming to all service bodies based on the new energy operation data and survey findings; the customized service is created with the social service framework mentioned above and the survey findings; finally, a cross border information service platform including interactive service channels and interactive services is investigated based on the analysis result of big data and the needs of interactive communication, which provides a fast, smooth and pleasant personalized service for all DNE bodies and meets the changing market demands.

Abstract:Fujian Electric Power Company, by overcoming the above defects, implemented the service data integration and management application innovation service practice, and set up an intelligent service access platform for the electricity service halls.The developed platform was equipped with four modules (service hall channel operation management, customer agent personal workbench, service equipment access, as well as the other channel interactions), fully collecting and integrating service processing, service trace, network, personnel training, equipment and other service data, and carrying out data monitoring, analysis and management applications.By the application of the developed platform, not only the efficiency of customer service has been improved, but also service traces can be traced back, service capacity can be measured, service quality can be controlled, service diagnosis can be datalization, making management more convenient and more efficient.

Abstract:The line loss is an important indicator of electric power enterprise internal assessment and customer management, which directly affects the economic benefits of the electric power enterprise, while split phase line loss is plan indicator decomposition of line loss.The widely application of the intelligent watt hour meter and electricity information collection system for low voltage provides a good channel to calculate low voltage side split phase line loss.Split phase line loss as one of program line loss indicators is beneficial to pinpoint the nodes with high line loss at the low voltage area, provides the basis for balanced three phase load, so to do targeted loss reduction and energy saving work.

Abstract:Automobile industry is one of the mainstay industry in Chongqing.Meanwhile, new energy vehicle has been included in Chongqing 10 strategic emerging industry projects.This paper describes the application status of NEV in Chongqing, other cities and some foreign countries, and analyzes the main problems from the perspective of technology, facilities, marketing strategy.This paper also makes several suggestions such as scientific innovation, union platform of NEV and charging, facilities in order to promote the healthy development of Chongqing new energy vehicle industry.

Abstract:With the continuous development of automated demand response, and the technology of automated demand response control strategies going maturity, the United States has successfully carried out a large number of automated demand response demonstration projects.This paper introduces the specific automated demand response strategies based on HVAC implementation cases in a single building and analyses their effects; Then, this paper tells the automated demand response pilot project using these control strategies in American commercial buildings.Through learning the experience of the HVAC based automated demand response control strategies successfully applied in the automated demand response projects and achieving the demand reductions.This paper puts forward the development direction about the development of our HVAC based control strategies and applications in China’s automated demand response projects, in order to vigorously develop automated demand response projects in China, realize the automatic control of the air conditioning load and improve the effects of demand reductions.
