    Abstract:

    With the further expansion of the grid load scale and the further increase of the installed proportion of new energy,the security and stability of the grid face new challenges. Firstly,the influence of electrolytic aluminum on Yunnan power grid is introduced. Then the stability control, system electrolytic aluminum switching characteristics and control system are introduced. On this basis, the scheme and control method of electrolytic aluminum participating in power grid stability control system are proposed. Finally, the control model of electrolytic aluminum is built with-PSCAD, and the proposed control strategy is verified.
