“Power + energy efficiency services”is an important strategy for grid companies in the new era to optimize energy structure, lead the green and low-carbon transformation, strengthen energy security and achieve high-quality energy development. Firstly,new requirements to“power + energy efficiency services”are analyzed in the background of achieving the carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality and building new power system.
