Abstract:In order to promote the development of electricity marketization, improve the level of electricity retail marketization,and realize the friendly consumption of user - side distributed newenergy access, blockchain technology is combined to propose away to realize decentralized electricity retail quantitative model of transactions. Through modeling the structure, mechanism, modeand benefit evaluation of retail transactions among community pow-er users, a balanced clearing model for decentralized power retailtransactions is established. Finally, the example is used to verifythe feasibility of the model proposed and the potential to promotemarket-oriented development. It is verified that decentralized pow-er retail transactions based on blockchain technology can reducebuyers’fees, increase sellers’revenue, reduce reserve, improvesocial benefits and improve the role of user satisfaction with electricity. An alternative way to start the distributed power retail trans-actions of the open distribution network power market is provided.
