    Abstract:

    Aiming at the promotion and improvement of new energy consumption, the user-side peak shaving mechanism is studied under the premise of maximizing the improvement of new energy consumption. Firstly, consider using electricity prices as incentives, a user response model based on consumer psychology is established to obtain the user load transfer rate. Secondly, comprehensively considering the contribution of different periods of load and new energy output to the membership of the duck curve peak and valley, the membership function is improved, and the peak-valley-level period division is obtained by determining the threshold value. Then, an optimization function with the goal of maximizing the consumption of new energy is constructed, and the particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the electricity price during the peak-valley period. The results show that the user’s response to incentives can effectively promote the consumption of new energy.
