    Abstract:

    China is in a critical period of rapid economic development, and continuous energy production and consumption areessential. Actively promoting electrical energy substitution is of great significance to promote the modernization of domestic industry, improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental pollution, and alleviate energy security issues. The implementation of electrical energy substitution in various regions is mainly concentrated in the fields of electric vehicles, electric heating, electric boilers, port and shore power. A series of policies to promote electrical energy substitution are sorted out. The consumption and supply of electrical energy substitution in various regions and the development in the fields of transportation, industrial and agricultural production,residential heating and other five major areas are analyzed. Based on this situation, the proportion of each technology of electrical energy substitution and the completion of electrical energy substitution in each region are refined, the potential of electrical energy substitution is tapped, and suggestions are proposed based on the existing problems.
