Abstract:

In order to adapt to the new era of high quality development, higher demand for power demand side management is proposed, so upgrading development on power demand side management is required. Three upgrading development orientations are discussed, they are macro management upgrading of electricity use, micro management upgrading of electricity use, and service upgrading of comprehensive electricity use.
