In the context of widespread power Internet of Things, the basic DAHP -TOPSIS is adopted for evaluation and calculation, and a complete scientific evaluation system for network value - added services is established, which provides the oretical and method support for power grid enterprises to concentrate superior resources, scientifically plan and orderly promote smart grid value - added services. At the same time, it aims to improve customer satisfaction and value growth to provide customers with safe and reliable power supply and sincere and standard service, and bring short -term or long -term benefits to the power grid company, so as to achieve a win - win situation between electricity customers and the power grid company.
