    Abstract:

    The collecting of electricity fee is a key task in the field of power grid marketing. An in - depth analysis of the causes and specific conditions of the electric charge risk is conducted,which combines with the analysis of the electric charge related business of the power supply enterprise.The risk assessment of electric charge is divided into 4 aspects:customer credit, power consumption trend, industry prosperity information and emergencies. Besides, the logistic regression algorithm is used to construct the electricity fee risk prevention and control model, and based on the prediction results of the model, a risk prevention and control process is developed for high-voltage large customers.
