    Abstract:

    With the large-scale promotion of“Internet+”, its concept has been deeply applied to all walks of life, and electric energy measurement is directly related to the long -term development of electric power enterprises. With the background of“Internet+”, the cicada measurement system is designed to effectively realize power data collection and storage, channel collaborative operation, scheduling platform service and marketing business. The system has been successfully launched in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province. The operation results show that the system can effectively reduce the amount of residential meter revise, timely answer the electricity consumption doubts related to the measurement of electricity charges, and greatly improve customer satisfaction.
