    Abstract:

    In order to support the strategic development of ubiquitous power Internet of Things, deepen intelligent energy services, implement the strategic target of“three types, two networks,world first class”, construct intelligent energy transaction service platform and explore its application level, the overall positioning,construction objectives and construction contents is expounded.The general frame is designed according to customer layer, business foreground layer, business mid-ground, ubiquitous connection,data mid-ground and technology mid-ground, and the platform functions of transaction portal, service mall, equipment mall, EPC service ,data service, energy finance, mobile applications are designed, more focus on customer energy efficiency improvement, energy structure optimization and other needs. It embodies the strategy of transformation to smart grid operation, integration of energy industry chain,energy eco-services, it also embodies the transformation from product thinking, service thinking to platform thinking.
