    Abstract:

    In 2018, the number of domestic new energy vehicles reached 1.8 million, and the electric vehicle industry entered the“fast lane”of accelerated development. However, in densely populated areas such as residential areas, there are still some problems such as difficult installation of charging facilities and difficult charging. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the promotion of coordinated charging services, combined with the supporting power supply facilities of new residential areas and the old residential areas to improve the overall utilization efficiency of resources. By utilizing the advanced, reliable and decentralized“block chain”technology concept, the shared economic operation mode and business based on block chain feature matching and charging pile sharing economy is studied, a set of coordinated charging intelligent dispatching platform and interactive software and hardware is formed,and electric vehicles are guided to charge in low valley, stagger peak and queue. The utilization of power grid equipment and customer power equipment is improved, the growing demand for largescale and diversified charging is met, and clean energy consumption is improved.
