    Abstract:

    Based on the data of measurement of integrated production dispatching system(MDS), electric data acquire system and marketing system, the field reliability data, fault mode, fault mechanism, external induced stress and their characteristics with time are analyzed, and the combined stress life prediction model of electric energy meter under different stress conditions is established. The life prediction model can predict the residual life of the electric energy meter, expose the electric energy meter to potential failures and support the electric energy meter to be accurately re-placed. In addition, it provides theoretical and data support for fast troubleshooting and fault priority handling.
