    Abstract:

    With the emerging of the new concept of ubiquitous power Internet of Things(UPIoT)and the comprehensive promotion of the“Three types and Two networks”construction of State Grid Corporation of China, Integrated Base of Storage, Inspection and Distribution(IBSID)play a greater supporting role in the construction of power systems. Given this background, firstly, this paper introduces the system and business architecture of IBSID in UPIoT. Then, the key techniques(including intelligent awareness,ID application of materials, automatic loading/unloading and verification, and information manage systems)are represented in detail.Next, the economic, time, and other benefits of constructing IBSID are analyzed. Finally, the application scenarios and perspective of IBSID are given.
