    Abstract:

    The new circumstances of the orderly power utilization are discussed and the characteristics about frequency stability and diversification of frequency control in power grid asynchronous operation are described. According to increasing rate of power load and policy principles, the optimization method for the index allocation of the power restriction sequence table is proposed, in which index allocation is more reasonable and the plan is more effective.Finally, executing process of the orderly power utilization is further optimized from the level of dispatching and control center. The research shows that the proposed method can be more maneuverable,which is suitable for power grid.
