    Abstract:

    There are various isolated islands in southeast Asia and Pacific area, performing totally different characteristics.As to the islands, some of which serve quantity key energy customer, the key principle of integrated energy system planning is to ensure the reliable supply in case of outage emergency. Other islands are talented in natural tourist-related resources, renewable utilizing should be regarded as the first factor. Different characteristics of islands are taken into consideration to come up with the more target flow chart of energy planning. With the application of bi?level modeling and study of energy efficiency optimization, solving method of renewable energy and storage is proposed. Finally, example of integrated and tourist-related isolated system is given to provide optimizing method in actual work.
