    Abstract:

    In order to promote the implementation of the strategy of“coal to electricity”in Hebei Province, the Electricity Demand Side Management Guidance Center of Hebei Province, in cooperation with Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd., carried out a technical test of“coal to electricity”for clean heating in rural areas in Tianzhai Village, Feixiang District, Handan City. From February 8 to March 9, 2018, 5 kinds of clean heating technologies, i.e., thermal storage heat pump, heat pump fan, hot water air source heat pump, electromagnetic phase change heat storage and carbon crystal electric heating plate, were tested in different types of residential buildings. The operating parameters of indoor temperature,outdoor temperature, equipment power consumption and equipment peak and valley power consumption were measured on the spot. According to the test results, the feasibility of“coal to electricity”technology for clean heating in rural areas of Hebei Province is analyzed and demonstrated objectively and systematically,and the implementation suggestions of“coal to electricity”technology are put forward.
