    Abstract:

    There are many isolated islands in China, part of which are rich in tourism resource, leading to characters of considerable load demand, important power clients, and increment of tourism demand. A mechanism considering various fossil scale is proposed, which optimizes the deployment of renewable energy by applying the bilevel optimization algorithm. By comparing the performance of various indexes, the related ideal conclusion which provides methodology of planning work in reality is provided.
