    Abstract:

    As a new type of transportation tool, electric vehicle(EV)becomes more and more popular among families. However,its charging and discharging processes are highly random due to the influence of users’behaviors. Based on peak and valley price, an electric vehicle load model considering user behavior characteristics is constructed, and the EV load in a region in 2020 is predicted.The influence of electric EV user behavior characteristics on distribution network planning is studied under the constraint of distribution network planning. The results of a numerical example show that the economic performance of the distribution network is optimal when the reverse power of some electric vehicles is considered.
