    Abstract:

    With the increase of wind power penetration, the frequency impact of wind power integration on power systems can not be ignored. A coordinated control strategy applied to virtual energy storage system(VESS)which contained battery energy storage system(BESS)and air conditioning loads(ACLs)is proposed.The conclusions by simulating on MATLAB/SIMULINK are verified.
