This paper focuses on the major users risk warning work, based on perforation of“marketing-distribution network-dispatching”, integration of real-time switch tripping, protection of action information, equipment, ledger information and user files and other data, realize the real-time monitoring and active early warning of all kinds of risks of major users by constructing a model of major users information database and applying it to the business of power failure, planned power outage and power security management in order to timely provide power supply services.
