The establishment of distributed PV service system and“Internet +”distributed PV interactive service ecosystem is particularly important in promoting the development of distributed PV industry.The article focuses on the problems in the distributed PV industry and based on the four-dimension model of service innovation to analyze the service system of all market main bodies in distributed PV industry and establish the whole industry chain service platform“PV e pay”. The new interactive service model among the market bodies and the innovative services of distributed PV through the service concept, service interface , technology and service delivery systems are studied to promote the healthy development of distributed PV industry.
