Abstract:

With the rapid development of the distributed gen eration projects and reform of the sale side, distributed generation will take part in the competition of power sale in the future.The ad vantages and disadvantages of state grid company joining in distrib uted generation power sale competition are analyzed.The internal and external environment of distributed generation power sale com petition is analyzed using SWOT theory in the angle of state grid company.And according to the analysis resultus, the strategic refer ence for state grid company joining in distributed generation power sale competition is put forward.
