Abstract:In order to realize peak shaving and reduce the cost of household electricity consumption, it is necessary to guide the household electricity load more reasonably.In this paper, according to the continuity and discontinuity of household electricity load and the relevance, order, strong dependence and other characteristics among household electricity load, in the background of time-of-use price, a smart household power consumption system model is built including the load model, the storage battery model and the economic optimization model.A method is presented to transform the optimization problem into a mixed integer linear programming problem by encoding of the decision variables model using 0-1 variables.The problem can be solved by Gurobi programming software, which greatly reduces the difficulty of solving the problem.In the Matlab environment, the simulation of the household electricity load data is carried out.The simulation result shows that the model and the optimization strategy can realize the transfer of household electricity load and reduce the cost of electricity.
