    Abstract:

    Under the background that the government vigorously promotes power replacement, the electricity demand of Hubei province during the period of 2016-2020 will increase, which this essay forecasts based on SVR model combined with power consumption impact factors.Forecast results show that, during the period of 2016-2020, the electricity consumption in Hubei province will increase steadily and the power replacement work has a larger development space.
