    Abstract:

    In order to smooth the micro-grid tie-line power flow fluctuations, a new pre-control method of battery and virtual energy storage is proposed in this paper.Firstly charging redundance is defined to describe the conflict between different units in hybrid energy storage system.Secondly,air condition is regarded as virtual energy storage, and control strategy is adjusted accorading to prediction data.This method can smooth tie-line power flow fluctuations and reduce the charging redundance.Finally, a micro-grid with 1 000 air conditioners is used as test example.Simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
