    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of automated demand response, and the technology of automated demand response control strategies going maturity, the United States has successfully carried out a large number of automated demand response demonstration projects.This paper introduces the specific automated demand response strategies based on HVAC implementation cases in a single building and analyses their effects; Then, this paper tells the automated demand response pilot project using these control strategies in American commercial buildings.Through learning the experience of the HVAC based automated demand response control strategies successfully applied in the automated demand response projects and achieving the demand reductions.This paper puts forward the development direction about the development of our HVAC based control strategies and applications in China’s automated demand response projects, in order to vigorously develop automated demand response projects in China, realize the automatic control of the air conditioning load and improve the effects of demand reductions.
