    针对独立储能作为新兴市场主体在竞争性联合电力市场中竞价机制尚不完善问题,通过建立功率报量与报价的方式模拟各市场主体的竞价行为,以此构建独立储能参与日前电能量和备用联合市场的竞价双层优化模型。上层独立储能通过优化功率-价格竞价策略实现联合市场的收益最大化,下层电力交易中心通过最小化社会购电成本完成市场出清。为提高模型的求解效率,利用KKT条件和强对偶定理对下层问题进行等价变换。通过仿真对所提竞价策略进行建模并调用商用求解器进行求解,验证所提策略在优化独立储能竞价策略及增强其市场参与效果等方面的有效性。

    Abstract:

    To address the imperfect bidding mechanisms for independent energy storage as an emerging market participant in competitive joint electricity markets, the bidding behavior of various market entities by modeling power quantities and price offers is simulated. Based on this, a bi-level optimization model is constructed to represent the bidding strategy of independent energy storage participating in the day-ahead energy and reserve joint market. In the upper level, the independent energy storage system maximizes its revenue in the dayahead energy and reserve joint market by optimizing its power-price bidding strategy. In the lower level, the power trading center clears the market by minimizing the total social electricity procurement cost. To improve the computational efficiency of the model, the lower-level problem is reformulated using the KKT conditions and the strong duality theorem. Simulation studies are conducted using a commercial solver to verify the effectiveness of the proposed bidding strategy in optimizing independent energy storage participation and enhancing its performance in the market.
