    摘要:

    针对分布式光伏接入配电网后,短时尖峰负荷所引发的配电网运行成本增加、线路容量不足以及系统运行风险较高等问题,提出一种考虑短时尖峰负荷影响的含分布式电源配电网的双层规划方法。上层规划模型基于粒子群算法,以光伏、储能成本及选址、线路扩展规划成本为目标函数进行求解,下层规划模型采用自组织映射方法选取不同负荷类型的典型日,以配电网日运行成本最小为目标函数进行求解。然后,采用所建立的两阶段规划方法,以IEEE33节点配电网系统为算例进行规划,分析短时尖峰负荷对配电网的影响。最后,通过场景对比,进一步验证考虑短时尖峰负荷影响的必要性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of increased operating cost, insufficient line capacity and high operating risks caused by short-term peak loads after distributed photovoltaic is connected to the distribution network, a two-layer planning method of distribution network including distributed power is proposed considering the influence of short-time peak load. The upper-layer planning model is based on particle swarm optimization algorithm, and takes PV, energy storage cost, location and line expansion planning cost as the objective function to solve the problem. The lower-layer planning model uses self-organizing mapping method to select typical days of different load types and takes the minimum daily operating cost of distribution network as the objective function to solve the problem. Then, using the established two-stage planning method, taking the IEEE33-node distribution network system as an example, the influence of short-time peak load on the distribution network is analyzed. Finally, through scenario comparison, the necessity of considering the impact of short-term peak loads is further verified.
