    摘要:

    电力行业是实现碳达峰碳中和目标的关键,绿电消费有效降低电力碳排放,各地用户积极开展绿电交易承担减排责任,当前核算体系中并未将绿电与传统火电区分,绿电环境价值并未体现,考虑绿电交易的碳排放核算问题亟需解决。基于共享比例原则通过追踪潮流形成碳流追踪,构建用户碳排放核算模型,随后考虑绿电交易金融特性建立等效网络,量化绿电交易的碳减排效益,建立修正后的用户碳排放核算模型,最后通过IEEE 30节点的算例验证了模型方法的准确性与合理性。

    Abstract:

    The power industry is key to achieve the goal of peak carbon neutrality. Green electricity consumption effectively reduces the carbon emissions of electricity, and local users actively carry out green electricity trading to assume the responsibility of emission reduction. The current accounting system does not distinguish green electricity from traditional thermal power, and the environmental value of green electricity has not been reflected. Based on the principle of shared proportion, carbon flow tracking is formed by tracking the trend,and the user carbon emission accounting model is constructed. Then, an equivalent network is established considering the financial characteristics of green electricity trading, the carbon emission reduction benefits of green electricity trading are quantified, and the revised user carbon emission accounting model is established. Finally, the accuracy and rationality of the model method are verified by the IEEE30node calculation example.
