    摘要:

    乡镇特色工业负荷不仅是地方经济发展、电能替代的重要领域,也是未来与电网互动、参与需求响应的区域型重要资源。区别于大型工业负荷,乡镇特色工业负荷往往需要人力辅助,具有生产过程固定、可重复等特点。为了运用好这类负荷的可调节潜力,建立了考虑其生产需求的负荷模型,包括工作时间、产量要求等约束,并以酿酒行业的电烤酒负荷为例构建了具体的模型。基于此,从乡镇配电网运营商的角度构建了多场景的需求响应实施架构和运行优化模型,以便在不影响用户产量的情况下,挖掘负荷响应潜力,提出对用户友好的精细化电力需求响应策略。最后,基于贵州某乡镇实际10 kV配电网负荷数据开展算例验证,在不影响用户生产的情况下,可挖掘本算例环境中乡镇特色工业生产负荷 36.1%的削峰潜力。

    Abstract:

    Rural industry is not only an important field for rural economic development and electrification, but also an important regional resource to interact with power grids through demand response. Different from large-scale industrial loads, rural industrial loads often require human assistance and have the characteristics of fixed and repeatable production processes. In order to exploit the adjustability of rural industrial loads, a load model considering rural production characteristics such as working hours and output requirements is established. For a more detailed description, the specific model is built based on the liquor-brewing industry. Based on this, a multi-scenario demand response strategies and operation optimization model are constructed for the rural distribution network to manage the demand response resources without affecting user production output. A case study is carried out to verify the proposed strategy based on the realistic load data of a 10 kV rural distribution network in Guizhou. The proposed strategy could exploit 36.1% of the example rural industry’s capacity for peak shaving without affecting user production output.
