    摘要:

    双碳目标和能源转型推进分布式可再生能源大规模接入农村电网,催生出具备高占比新能源和双向潮流典型特征的新型农村电网。在新型农村电网中,双向潮流、逆向送电、电压随机波动、逆变器谐波、保护配置以及安全用电等技术挑战愈加突出。通过分析我国农村电网的发展现状,剖析双碳目标下农村电网面临的技术挑战,对新型农村电网建设的关键举措和亟待研究的课题进行展望,为新型农村电网的规划和建设提供理论支撑。

    Abstract:

    The dual-carbon target and energy transformation promote the large-scale access of distributed renewable energy to rural power grids, resulting in a new rural power grid which have two typical characteristics including high proportion of new energy and bidirectional power flow. In the new rural power grid, technical challenges such as bidirectional power flow, reverse power transmission, voltage random fluctuation, inverter harmonics, protection configuration, and safe power consumption are becoming more and more prominent. The development status of China’s rural power grid, and the technical challenges faced by the rural power grid under the dual carbon target are analyzed, and the key measures and technical subjects are put forward to be studied in the construction of the new rural power grid, so as to provide methodological support for the planning and construction of the new rural power grid.
