Abstract:The current global energy transition is in a period of accelerated advancement. Based on the various challenges faced by the energy transition in the low-carbon context, all countries areactively adopting market - oriented and government intervention measures to promote investment in low-carbon power sources. Eachcountry’s transformation strategy has its own focus and their electricity price systems also show certain characteristics of differentiation under different strategies. The strategic measures and electricity price system models in the energy transition process of Germany, the United Kingdom, and France are combed through, which are representative of foreign countries, and the reasons behind the changes in electricity prices are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the actual development of China’s energy transition, suggestions are made for China’s energy transition, which has certain reference significance for the design of China’s energy transition and the development of the electricity price system.
