    摘要:

    随着电力体制改革的深入,在电力市场环境下,购售电作为售电公司的核心业务,将决定其主要运营成本与核心竞争力。提出了一种售电公司购售电联合优化策略,在购电侧考虑中长期市场与现货市场购电组合以及需求响应用户的可中断负荷的调用。售电侧结合用户用电效用,决策零售套餐的价格,采用CVaR衡量风险,进行联合优化,达到售电公司收益最大,风险最小的目标。通过算例证明了所提出的联合优化模型能有效提高售电公司购售电收益,为售电公司的决策提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the deepning of electricity market system, under the environment of power market, the purchase and sale of electricity as the core business of the electricity retailer will determine its main operating costs and core competitiveness. A united optimization strategy for the purchase and sale of electricity by electricity retailers is proposed. On the electricity purchase side, it considers the combination of medium and long -term market and spot market electricity purchases and interruptible load call of users.The electricity sale side combines the user’s electricity utility, decision of the price of retail packages, and the use of CVaR to measure the risk, to achieve the goal of maximizing profit and minimizing risk for electricity sales companies. It is proved through calculation examples that the proposed joint optimization model can effectively increase the purchase and sale revenue of electricity retailers. It provides reference for the electricity retailers’decision-making.
