    摘要:

    为应对能源结构转换,解决高比例新能源接入配电网引起的过电压问题,提出了针对此类配电网的集群划分及电压控制方法。通过优化新能源电源的有功、无功功率,实现最优有功功率缩减和无功电压补偿,提出一种基于电气距离和集群电压调控能力的集群性能指标,基于此将配电网进行集群划分,并提出集群电压优化控制策略,将集群内的自主优化与群间协调优化相结合,通过仿真验证了集群划分和电压控制方案的正确性和可行性。

    Abstract:

    In order to deal with the energy structure conversion and the over-voltage problem caused by the energy structure transformation and the high proportion of new energy access to the distribution network, the cluster division and voltage control method for this kind of distribution network are proposed. By optimizing the active power and reactive power of the new energy source, the optimal active power reduction and reactive voltage compensation are realized.A cluster performance index based on electrical distance and cluster voltage regulation ability is proposed. Based on this, the distribution network is divided into clusters, and the cluster voltage optimization control strategy is proposed, which combines the autonomous optimization within the cluster with the coordinated optimization between clusters. The correctness and feasibility of cluster partition and voltage control scheme are verified by simulation.
