By drawing on the encouragement policies for clean heating in the northern region, support policies for clean heating are formulated based on the existing geothermal development plans and electric power alternatives in Hunan. From the aspects of planning, technology, price, finance and industrial chain,project construction and development is supported, hundreds of billions of industrial chains are cultivated and new highquality economic growth points are created. In the end, the sustainable development path of clean heating in the southern region is explored.
