    摘要:

    在国网湖南电力有限公司全电厨房试点项目背景下,介绍了厨房能效监管平台的架构。依托项目建设与运行过程中所采集的全方位数据,分析与计算了厨房的成本,对全电厨房与传统厨房的经济性做了对比;分析了全电厨房项目实施的环境效益与社会效益,并进行了能效分析,结果显示全电厨房在各方面都优于传统厨房,表明全电厨房是未来的发展趋势,可以进行逐步推广。

    Abstract:

    In the context of the allelectric kitchen pilot project implemented by State Grid Hunan Power Co., Ltd., the architecture of the kitchen energy efficiency supervision platform is introduced. Relying on the all around data collected during the construction and operation of the project, the costs of the kitchens are analyzed and calculated, and the economics of electrified kitchen and traditional kitchen are compared. The environmental and social benefits brought by the implementation of the project are analyzed, and energy efficiency analysis is carried out. It’s concluded that electrified kitchen is superior to traditional kitchen in all aspects, indicating that all electric kitchen is a future development trend and can be gradually promoted.
