    摘要:

    根据负荷聚合商的调节灵活性将可中断负荷分为两类,并构建基于激励的需求响应虚拟电厂模型。在此基础上以含风电的电力系统运行成本最低为优化目标,建立需求响应虚拟电厂参与的两阶段优化调度模型。优化模型以满足系统备用为前提,在24个时段的范围内研究风电预测误差较大时不同类型可中断负荷在日前和日内的调度情况。特别的,考虑了不同的风电预测误差准入阈值对可中断负荷调用的影响。算例结果表明,所提出的模型能够降低新能源电力系统的运行费用和确定可中断负荷的年度中断次数。

    Abstract:

    According to the adjustment agility of the load aggregator, the interrupt load is divided into two categories, and a virtual power plant model based on demand response is constructed.On this basis, the operating cost of the new energy power system with minimum wind power is the optimization goal, and a twostage optimal scheduling model involving demand response virtual power plant is established. Based on the premise of optimizing the model to meet the system backup, the scheduling of different types of interruptible loads in the day before and during the day is studied in the range of 24 time periods. In particular, the effects of different wind power prediction error admission thresholds on interruptible load calls are considered. The results of the example show that the proposed model can reduce the operating cost of the new energy power system and determine the number of annual interruptions of the interruptible load.
