    摘要:

    基于信息物理系统思想,提出一种面向大规模、多样性柔性负荷的虚拟电厂聚合方法。首先,针对单个负荷建立设备级信息物理融合系统模型,建立基于满意度的统一物理动态模型和统一投标策略,在保证用电满意度、保护用户隐私和设备安全的前提下实现设备的自治控制;然后,提出基于市场均衡机制的大规模柔性负荷协调策略,在集群内实现等满意度的公平控制,并有效降低通信带宽和控制复杂度;接 着,提出虚拟电厂的系统聚合方法,从物理动态和需求特性等两方面实现多级融合;最后,通过含分布式储能、电动汽车、空调等柔性负荷的虚拟电厂算例,详细验证了本文提出方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    A virtual power plant(VPP)aggregation method of large scale diversified flexible loads is proposed based on the idea of cyberphysical system. Firstly, a devicelevel CPS model is proposed, and a unified physical dynamic model and a bidding strategy are built based on user satisfaction. The proposed method can realize autonomous control on the premise of electricity satisfaction, user privacy and device security. Secondly, based on the market equilibrium mechanism, a coordination strategy for large scale flexible loads is proposed, achieving equal degree of satisfaction in load cluster and reducing communication bandwidth as well as control complexity. Thirdly, a VPP aggregation method is proposed to promote the hierarchical aggregation of physical dynamics and demand characteristics. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a VPP simulation case, which aggregates diversified flexible loads including distributed energy storages, electric vehicles and airconditioners.
