    摘要:

    针对电网低压末端中存在的管理数据分割、台区管理粗放、低压配电网故障处理及时率低、客户投诉较多等问题,利用大数据、物联网、边缘计算等技术,从物联感知、数据管理、数据超市、数据应用等方面提出低压末端全感知平台建设方案。基于全感知平台,通过深度挖掘智能表数据价值,实现营配业务末端融合及台区网格化管理,为台区经理主动运维、智慧用户互动、差异化用户服务、精准用户营销等多种应用提供全面、统一支撑,实现对内管理及对外服务双提升。低压末端全感知平台建设为电网运行更安全、管理更精益、投资更精准、客户服务更优质开辟了一条新路。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems existing in the low-voltage terminal of power grid, such as management data segmentation, extensive management of the station area, low failure handling rate of low - voltage distribution network, and more customer complaints,the full sense of low -voltage terminal is proposed from the aspects of IOT perception, data management, data supermarket and data application by using large data, Internet of Things, edge computing and so on. Based on full-perception platform, through deep mining of the data value of smart tables, the integration of business terminals and grid management of stations can be realized, which can provide comprehensive and unified support for many applications,such as active operation and maintenance, smart user interaction,differentiated user service, accurate user marketing, and so on, so as to achieve both internal management and external service. The construction of low-voltage terminal full perception platform opens up a new way for safer operation, more lean management, more accurate investment and better customer service of power grid.
