    摘要:

    随着电力现货市场化的深入推进,对电网供电服务能力也提出了更高的要求,基于智能电网和泛在电力物联网的建设,能够有效的支持互动用户服务和需求响应,以提升客户的服务水平和灵活感知能力。近年来,需求侧管理技术的不断改进,用户的需求响应行为使负荷有可能成为一种相对可控的资源,但国内需求响应尚未与电力市场建设融合,一定程度上制约了需求响应的发展。针对此,首先研究美国PJM的需求响应模式;然后结合浙江电力市场发展现状和国家政策,提出可参考的需求响应的商业模式;在此基础上,设想基于互联网的未来需求响应应用平台建设。

    Abstract:

    With the further development of the spot electricity market, higher requirements are put forward for power supply service capability. The construction of smart grid and ubiquitous power Internet of things can effectively support interactive user service and demand response, so as to improve customer service level and flexible perception ability. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of demand side management technology, the demand side response behavior of users has made the load possible to become a relatively controllable resource, but the domestic demand side response has not been integrated with the construction of power market, which has restricted the development of demand side response to a certain extent. In view of this, the demand side response model of PJM in the United States is studied. Then a reference business model of demand response based on the current situation of Zhejiang electricity market development and national policies is proposed. On this basis, the future demand response application platform based on the Internet is envisaged.
