    摘要:

    合理配置储能容量在平抑清洁能源功率波动、辅助稳定电网频率等方面具有重要意义。针对含有风电、光伏发电的微网,兼顾储能设备参与电网一二次应急调频,利用储能空闲资源参与电网调频,同时考虑了微网的电量成本、投资维护成本等因素,以微网每天综合费用最低为优化目标,基于合作博弈建立微网均衡模型,利用粒子群和内点算法求解各微网最优容量配置。算例结果验证了模型与方法的合理性。

    Abstract:

    Rational allocation of energy storage capacity is of great significance in suppressing the fluctuation of clean energy power and assisting frequency stability control of power grid. Aiming at the microgrid with wind and photovoltaic power generation, a primary and secondary frequency modulation model of energy storage system is established to take advantage of idle energy storage resources to participate in grid frequency modulation. Meanwhile,considering the power cost, investment and maintenance cost and other factors of the microgrid, the minimum daily comprehensive cost of the microgrid is the optimization goal. The equilibrium model among the microgrids is established based on cooperative game,and particle swarm optimization and interior point algorithm are used to solve the optimal capacity allocation of microgrids. The results of the example verify the rationality of the model and method.
