摘要:

我国能源变革的核心价值目标是全方位提升能源系统效率。从能源经济效率、能源技术效率、能源无碳化率、能源无害化率、能源安全率、能源智慧率6个维度，阐释了能源变革新时代能源系统效率的内涵，分析并指出了大力发展综合能源服务是提升能源系统效率的战略途径，重点探究了近中期综合能源服务的市场机遇。

Abstract:

The core value goal of energy reform in China is to improve energy system efficiency in all aspects. The connotation of energy system efficiency in the new era of energy reform is explained from six aspects such as energy economic efficiency, energy technical efficiency, energy carbon.free efficiency, energy harmless efficiency, energy security rate and energy intelligence rate. It is analyzed and pointed out that developing comprehensive energy service is the strategic pathway to promote energy system efficiency. Further more, the market opportunities of comprehensive energy service in the near and medium terms are explored emphatically.
