摘要:

随着电力市场的进一步推进，电力用户的需求响应在国内外电力系统中均得到了广泛的研究开展。从实践层面对需求响应进行探讨，首先介绍了美国和欧盟需求响应市场中价格型和激励型需求响应项目实践的特点，然后对欧盟和美国需求响应项目发展进行分析，最后结合我国新一轮电改的现状和国外经验，对我国需求响应发展提出相应的建议。

Abstract:

With the further development of the power market, demand response has been further investigated all over the world. The demand response from the perspective of practical cases is described. Firstly, characteristics of demand response program in USA and EU are introduced. In addition, the comparisons between these two electricity markets are analyzed. Finally, combined with the foreign experience and electricity market reform in our country, suggestions are proposed to the development of the demand response programs in China.
